The Staudinger online is a module of the Juris online portal for German law materials. Click on 'Kommentare' on the top left side to reach Staudinger BGB.

Das Bundesministerium der Justiz und das Bundesamt für Justiz stellen für interessierte Bürgerinnen und Bürger nahezu das gesamte aktuelle Bundesrecht kostenlos im Internet bereit.
