Current Opinion in Environmental Science & Health is a new journal that is part of the "Current Opinion" titles. It will invite top experts to write short reviews on current advances in their field.
The subject of this new journal includes all the different aspects of Environment and Health under the following themes sections: Environmental Chemistry. Environmental Health. - Ecological Indicators
The aim of Ecological Indicators is to integrate the monitoring and assessment of ecological and environmental indicators with management practices. The journal provides a forum for the discussion of the applied scientific development and review of traditional indicator applications as well as for theoretical, modelling and quantitative approaches such as index development.
Research into the following areas will be published. All aspects of ecological and environmental indicators and indices; New indicators, and new approaches and methods for indicator development, testing and use; Development and modelling of indices, e.g. application of indicator suites across multiple scales and resources; Analysis and research of resource, system- and scale-specific indicators; Methods for integration of social and other valuation metrics for the production of scientifically rigorous and politically-relevant assessments using indicator-based monitoring and assessment programs; Approaches on how research indicators can be transformed into direct application for management purposes; Broader assessment objectives and methods, e.g. biodiversity, biological integrity, and sustainability, through the use of indicators; Resource-specific indicators such as landscape, agroecosystems, forests ecosystems, aquatic ecosystems, wetlands, etc.

Environment, Development and Sustainability is an international, multidisciplinary journal covering all aspects of the environmental impacts of socio-economic development. Concerned with the complex interactions between development and environment, its purpose is to seek ways and means for achieving sustainability in all human activities aimed at such development.
Coverage includes interactions among society, development and environment, and their implications for sustainable development; technical, economic, ethical and philosophical aspects of sustainable development; local, regional and global sustainability and their practical implementation; development and application of indicators of sustainability; development, verification, implementation and monitoring of policies for sustainable development; sustainable use of land, water, energy and biological resources in development; impacts of agriculture and forestry activities on soil and aquatic ecosystems and biodiversity, and much more

Environmental and Sustainability Indicators, a companion title to the Ecological Indicators, is an open access journal promoting research on indicators as drivers for environmental management, policy formulation, and interdisciplinary research assessing complex environmental interactions for stimulating sustainable development.
The primary aim of Environmental and Sustainability Indicators is the publication of high-quality papers that develop and disseminate indicators as common practice for guiding human actions to achieve sustainable management and development in natural and human modified systems.
- Environmental Development
Environmental Development is a transdisciplinary, future-oriented journal focused on research and practices that contribute to globally relevant environment and development issues at local and regional scales.
The immense task of reversing deteriorating environmental trends attributable to unsustainable development practices requires globally relevant solutions at the local and regional scale. Strategies to address the impediments to sustainable development include mitigation of climate change, adaptation to its impacts, and innovative responses to the problems of over-consumption or failures to manage the negative impacts of economic activities.

The journal offers a platform for reporting studies of innovations and socio-economic transitions to enhance an environmentally sustainable economy and thus solve structural resource scarcity and environmental problems, notably related to fossil energy use and climate change.

The journal offers high quality, peer-reviewed papers that may be regarded as either instances of best practice, or as studies that advance the evolution and applicability of the theories and techniques of modeling and assessment. In particular, the editors are interested both in detailed scientific models of specific environmental problems and in large scale models of the global environment.

Environmental Policy and Governance is an international, inter-disciplinary journal seeking to advance interdisciplinary environmental research and its use to support novel solutions in environmental policy and governance. The journal publishes innovative, high quality articles which examine, or are relevant to, the environmental policies that are introduced by governments or the diverse forms of environmental governance that emerge in markets and civil society.
The journal includes papers that examine how different forms of policy and governance emerge and exert influence at scales ranging from local to global and in diverse developmental and environmental contexts. The journal invites analyses that are at the forefront of academic debates and that are of practical significance and policy relevance. Environmental Politics is an international, multi-disciplinary, peer-reviewed journal, which provides a forum for the publication of original research into, and discussion and analysis of, the diverse theoretical and empirical aspects of environmental politics.
We understand environmental politics very broadly. It includes the multiple ways in which diverse and potentially competing interests and ideas influence how different groups in society value, use, manage, interact with, care about, or seek to regulate the environment. It is primarily concerned with scholarship focusing on: political parties, private actors, NGOs, social movements, and campaigns; the design, negotiation, and implementation of environmental policy; and environmental political thought. The journal also explores the ideas generated by environmental groups and other organizations that underpin policy and governance, and critically and normatively examines environmental concerns.

Environmental Science & Ecotechnology (ESE) is an international peer-reviewed and open-access journal, publishing original research on environmental science and engineering, ecotechnology, and relevant fields.
ESE aims to establish an influential communication platform for scientists and engineers, policymakers, stakeholders, and professionals from academia and industry. ESE acknowledges the interdisciplinary nature of scientific research in environmental science and technology. It is specifically interested in frontier researches and transdisciplinary topics, including global change ecology, environmental science, environmental technology, and ecological technology.

- Global Environmental Politics
Global Environmental Politics examines relationships between global political forces and environmental change, with particular attention given to the implications of local-global interactions for environmental management, as well as to the implications of environmental change and environmental governance for world politics.
Each issue contains several full-length research articles, and may also contain shorter forum articles and/or a research note. The journal seeks to publish on a broad range of issues, from water to waste management to climate change. Topics covered include, but are not limited to, states and non-state actors in environmental governance, multilateral institutions and agreements, innovative governance arrangements, trade, global finance, corporations and markets, environmental (in)security, science and technology, and transnational and grassroots movements. Contributions come from many disciplines, including political science, international relations, sociology, history, human geography, anthropology, public policy, science and technology studies, and environmental ethics, law, and economics.

Green Energy & Environment (GEE) is a peer-reviewed, international, interdisciplinary journal for the publication of relevant and qualified research related to all aspects of green energy and the environment, such as biofuel and bioenergy, energy storage and networks, catalysis for sustainable processes, and materials for energy and the environment.
The scope of GEE is very broad, and GEE particularly welcomes original, novel fundamental, and engineering research. GEE also aims to provide a platform for the discussion, summary, review, and preview of green energy and its impact on the eco-environment.

The Journal for Nature Conservation addresses concepts, methods and techniques for nature conservation. This international and interdisciplinary journal encourages collaboration between scientists and practitioners, including the integration of biodiversity issues with social and economic concepts
Therefore, conceptual, technical and methodological papers, as well as reviews, research papers, and short communications are welcomed from a wide range of disciplines, including theoretical ecology, landscape ecology, restoration ecology, ecological modelling, and others, provided that there is a clear connection and immediate relevance to nature conservation.
- Journal of Environmental Studies and Sciences
The Journal of Environmental Studies and Sciences is the official publication for the Association for Environmental Studies and Sciences (AESS). Interdisciplinary environmental studies require an integration of many different scientific and professional disciplines.
The AESS and the Journal provide fora for the advancement of interdisciplinary approaches to the study of the coupled human-nature systems. A major goal of AESS is to encourage this advancement by promoting related teaching, research and service and by facilitating communication across boundaries that may inhibit environmental discourse across traditional academic disciplines—for example, between and among the physical, biological, social sciences, the humanities, and environmental professions. This commitment also involves supporting the professional development of Association members and advancing the educational status of Environmental Studies and Sciences programs.

One Earth publishes significant original research that seeks to understand and address todays environmental grand challenges.
The journal publishes across the full spectrum of global environmental change and sustainability science, providing a single platform to unite research from the natural, social, and applied sciences that seeks to identify and understand: The drivers, mechanisms, rates, potential thresholds, and long-term context of global environmental change; Safe planetary operating spaces that support long-tem human and environmental well-being; Barriers against and strategies that enable the sustainable development of Earth?s ecosystems and natural assets; Transformative social, political, economic, and technological pathways towards a sustainable and equitable future.
- Regional Environmental Change
The goal of Regional Environmental Change is to publish scientific research and opinion papers that improve our understanding of the extent of these changes, their causes, their impacts on people, and the options for society to respond.
"Regional" refers to the full range of scales between local and global, including regions defined by natural criteria, such as watersheds and ecosystems, and those defined by human activities, such as urban areas and their hinterlands.

Axée sur les fondamentaux juridiques, elle donne les clefs pour comprendre la matière dans sa complexité et ses enjeux si vitaux pour notre temps. Depuis 2013, la RJE s'est renforcée par la mise en place d'une direction scientifique.

WM&R is a fully peer-reviewed international journal that publishes original research and review articles relating to both the theory and practice of waste management and research. The editorial group seeks to promote innovation and provide a bridge between academic studies and practical problems. Articles should address problems and solutions that are of general interest to readers.
