- Reports of cases | EUR-Lex
In this section, you can find the reports of cases published by the courts of the Court of Justice of the European Union (Court of Justice, the General Court and the former European Union Civil Service Tribunal). They consist of a set of judicial decisions, accompanied, if applicable, by the opinions of the Advocate General. Before 1 September 2016, there were two types of report: 1) Court Reports comprising the case-law of the Court of Justice and the General Court; 2) Reports of staff cases comprising the civil service case-law of the General Court and the Civil Service Tribunal. Since 1 September 2016, all the case-law has been published in the Court Reports.
- Directory of European Union case-law | EUR-Lex
In this section, you can find the judgments and orders of the Court of Justice, General Court and Civil Service Tribunal classified by subject in accordance with the classification scheme of the Directory of case-law. This classification reflects the changes brought by the Treaty of Lisbon, modifying the classification scheme used to analyse case-law from 1954 to 2009. The new scheme has been applicable since 2010.
