Through the voices of six EU citizens from diverse backgrounds and origins - a logistics professional from Romania, a business consultant from Spain, a Luxembourgish politician involved in the original signing, a Maltese student, a German commuter, and a Latvian artist - a new video shows how Schengen has transformed their everyday lives in a very specific manner.
In the video, prepared by the Commission REP in Luxembourg with assistance from other colleagues in DG COMM, each participant shares their personal experience in their native language, to bring out the real, often invisible benefits of free movement. -
