In order to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the signature of the Treaties of Rome, the Court of Justice of the European Union held a ‘Meeting of Judges’ on 27 March 2017, attended by the Presidents of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts of the Member States. The present work consists of all the speeches given at the Meeting of Judges held on 27 March 2017, and of the declaration of the Court of Justice of the European Union made on that occasion in order to emphasise the importance of cooperation within a network between it and the national courts.
